- For rush service a complete order must be submitted by 5 PM Eastern Standard Time on a business day, and then the service time will begin.

- Orders are considered complete once vectorized art is submitted and payment arrangements have been finalized.

- Rush time does NOT include the shipping time. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.

- For pre-holiday shipping, orders must be completed by Friday, December 14th.
