Returns and Cancellations

All orders are final: Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please review your order carefully before finalization.

What can be returned: Items may only be returned in the event of a production error on Rebuild Resources' behalf. 

What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 30 days of purchase. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returns will be paid for by Rebuild Resources.

To return your items:

1. Contact us at digital@rebuildresources.com to obtain a return authorization. Please indicate if you would like a replacement or a refund.
    
2. If authorized, Rebuild will send a return authorization email. Print this and place it with your returned goods.
